TIA Greyhound and Lurcher Rescue benefit gig Sat 9/4/11

Lots of stuff happening with Noise Punk Records, one thing that I am really excited about it the possible re-release (on vinyl) of an obscure demo cassette by an obscure Japanese band, more on that later.

This Staurday 9th April The Wankys will be playing in Nottingham with our Leicester friends Diet Pills (slow and HEAVY, think Electric Wizard with too much Lysergic Acid Diethylamide), Cry Havoc (heavy d-beat crust with wild guitar solos) and a bunch of other bands that I have never seen/heard. Nothing special about this you may ask well you are wrong; this is a benefit gig for the TIA Greyhound and Lurcher rescue. Our friend Sallie has had some dogs from there and this is her way of helping to support TIA.
Please come and support this worthy cause and have some punk rock fun at the same time.
